Making tamales de elote makes me feel like a little girl on Christmas morn. How is it that I’ve lived in Tucson for 26 years and have only now learned how to make the nectar of the gods?!  Beautiful starchy corn – right at the milk stage.  de-bugged and ready to go.  Making these tamales makes me miss my out of state friends.  I want to feed you.
